PURPOSE
These Terms regulate access to the website and the purchase of products through the Squarespace e-commerce platform.
By using this website or placing an order, the user accepts these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS
Products offered include t-shirts, photographic prints, art reproductions, other merchandise , and related items.
Product descriptions and prices may be modified at any time.
3. PRICES
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated before final confirmation of purchase.
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace-integrated payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
We do not store full payment details.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email.
Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
Exclusions apply to:
Personalized items.
Digital downloads once accessed.
Sealed products unsealed for hygiene reasons.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Spanish consumer law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
9. LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Improper use of the website.
Service interruptions beyond our control.
Third-party links.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
